Senior Director of Digital Account Management Location: United States (Hybrid/Flexible) | Company: The Many Are you a strategic thinker, digital leader, and relationship builder all in one? The Many is seeking a Senior Director of Digital Account Management to lead key client partnerships, shape digital strategy, and drive measurable results across integrated campaigns. In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll manage a team of account professionals and collaborate across departments to ensure we deliver best-in-class digital experiences and outcomes. What You'll Be Doing: Lead and grow a portfolio of high-profile clients, acting as their strategic advisor and go-to partner for all things digital. Oversee the development, execution, and performance of integrated digital marketing campaigns (including media, content, creative, performance, and data). Manage and mentor a team of account managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. Drive organic growth by identifying new opportunities within client organizations and presenting strategic recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, media, analytics, production) to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality deliverables. Serve as a key voice in agency leadership, contributing to the evolution of our account management approach and client services model. Own the financial performance of your accounts, including forecasting, budget tracking, and profitability management. Represent The Many in client presentations, QBRs, and high-stakes conversations—both strategic and operational. Stay ahead of industry trends and evolving digital platforms to bring proactive innovation to our clients. What We’re Looking For: 10+ years of experience in digital account management, preferably within an agency or high-growth digital environment. Proven track record of building and maintaining trusted client relationships at the executive level. Strong understanding of the digital landscape, including paid media, social, content, CRM, and data analytics. Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering integrated campaigns across channels. Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a deep understanding of client goals. Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment that values innovation and collaboration. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (MBA is a plus). Why Join The Many?
