Location : India(Hybrid)(We have for Multiple locations in India) Type : Longterm Contract Noticeperiod:Immediate-15 days Key Responsibilities Support HRIS system and payroll functions manage day-to-day Workday System across multiple modules such as Workday HCM, Absence, Expense, Talent & Performance, and Learning, custom reports, Calculated Fields, and Workday integrations. Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor on Workday functionality and best practices Collaborate with HR leadership to align Workday capabilities with business objectives Partner with vendors and consultants on system enhancements and support escalations. Oversee data integrity between Workday and downstream system such as SAP Finance and Workday Adaptive Planning for relevant cross-system processes (e.g., cost centers, org structures) Coordinate and conduct user acceptance test and training Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisors. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 8+ years of experience in enterprise applications, with at least 5 years supporting Workday in an IT capacity Strong hands-on experience with Workday integration tools and technologies. Team leadership or managerial experience in enterprise IT support roles. Proven ability to manage complex integrations and cross-functional projects. Project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Good to Have: Working knowledge of SAP Finance processes, structures, and data flows Experience integrating Workday with ERP systems such as SAP.
