We’re hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead end-to-end design for a dynamic UGC platform, with a strong focus on native mobile apps. You’ll own the full design cycle - from conceptualizing seamless mobile-first experiences to delivering developer-ready Figma files - while shaping how creators and consumers connect globally. We Need You To: Design & Strategy * Transform complex UGC interactions into intuitive, visually stunning experiences for native mobile apps (iOS/Android), web, TV, and social platforms. * Optimize mobile-first workflows, including content creation, in-app navigation, notifications, and engagement features. * Build responsive, accessible interfaces using Figma mastery (auto-layouts, design systems, interactive prototyping). Collaboration & Impact * Partner with mobile developers to ensure designs align with iOS/Android guidelines (Material Design, Human Interface) and technical constraints. * Own mobile app UX/UI: Ensure smooth handoffs, including asset exports, design specs, and motion documentation for developers. Must-Have Skills: * 3-7 years in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing UGC/mobile app projects (include case studies for iOS/Android). * Native mobile app expertise: Proven experience designing for iOS/Android (familiarity with platform-specific patterns, store submission processes, and responsive adaptation). * Figma mastery: Mobile-focused prototyping, design systems, and component libraries. Nice-to-Have: * Experience with cross-platform UGC features (e.g., sync experiences between mobile apps and TV/web). * Knowledge of mobile analytics tools (Mixpanel, Firebase) for A/B testing. * Understanding of mobile performance constraints (load times, offline states). * Impact millions: Design for a platform with 5M+ mobile app users (and growing!). * Cutting-edge mobile projects: Work on features like in-app video editing, AR filters, and AI-driven content recommendations.
