Should be well versed in the US IT Recruitment process & provide staffing needs based on the client requirements. · Experience in the US IT Staffing market. · Connect with candidates, discuss in detail about the profile, and start marketing. · Responsible for full cycle of Sales and recruitment. · Involved in marketing profiles of H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, GC, USC. · Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, TN, GC, OPT and CPT) with prime vendors or Direct Client · Sourcing and screening potential IT requirements for candidates from effective usage of Internal as well as External Systems/Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within given time frame · Connect with Vendors(clients), and discuss openings, and submit the profiles through job boards like: Dice, Monster, and other job portal. Desired Skills: · Very good communication skills · Strong negotiation skills · Strong hands-on knowledge in marketing H1B and H1B transfers · Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp & 1099, etc. · Must have good experience in cold calling, and price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
