Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Customer On boarding & Funnel Management Personally handle the on boarding of new members into the PT funnel Qualify leads for trial sessions and map them with appropriate trainers Deliver and oversee the 3-day PT trial experience with precision and quality Own the entire sales pitch and closure process for paid PT Train-the-Trainer Ownership Evaluate and assign trainers to trials based on client goals Provide real-time feedback to trainers on sales readiness, communication, and pitch delivery Run refresher sales role plays for trainer’s weekly Act as the go-to escalation point during trial execution Sales Target Execution Be accountable for hitting monthly PT revenue targets Work closely with the Head of Gym Revenue to monitor funnel performance daily Maintain transparent reporting on trial-to-sale ratios and trainer conversion data Candidate Must-Have Profile : - Excellent communication and presentation skills (client-facing) Strong technical knowledge of fitness + personal training Prior experience in trial handling, fitness consultation, or PT sales (mandatory) - Highly proactive, action-oriented, and independently accountable Operates like a business owner, not a passive executor Available for immediate deployment and full-time ground leadership This Month Is Critical : This is not a casual role. You are being selected to run a high-priority vertical with immediate targets. INR 1.47 crore PT revenue this month is the benchmark - and you're expected to contribute meaningfully to it.
