This position lies at the intersection of full stack development, mobile application development, and quality assurance. You’ll play a hands-on role in designing and delivering scalable solutions—both mobile and web—while collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and build functional, high-impact software. About the Role We are seeking a mid-level Full Stack Develope r with experience in both web and mobile developmen t to join our offshore team. This role involves building and maintaining responsive web applications and cross-platform mobile applications, integrating with enterprise systems, and leveraging cloud-native architecture. You'll work closely with our U.S.-based team to support digital transformation projects that commonly use Microsoft technologies such as .NET Core, , Azure, and frontend frameworks like Angular or React, along with mobile platforms such as MAUI or Xamarin . Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full stack applicatio ns, including responsive web interfaces and mobile apps. Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applicatio ns using MA UI, Xamar in, or similar tools; proficiency in Swi ft is a plus Create modern, responsive web applicatio ns using HTM L5, CS S3, JavaScri pt, and frontend frameworks like Rea ct or Angul ar. Develop secure, scalable backend services with .NET Co re and integrate with enterprise platforms using RESTful AP Is. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces across platforms. Optimize performance and follow security best practices across web and mobile platforms. Develop system specifications, technical designs, and write clean, maintainable code. Create and maintain technical documentation; support production systems and client interactions. Participate in planning, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring software quality throughout the SDLC. Coordinate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional outcomes. Qualificati ons 2–4 years of full stack development experie nce, including both web and mobile applicati ons. Strong backend development skills in .NET C ore, C#, and Visual Stut io. Proficient in modern frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScr ipt, Re act, or Angu lar. Experience building cross-platform mobile a pps with M AUI, Xama rin, or Sw ift. Strong understanding of RESTful API design, J SON, and client-server architecture. Hands-on experience with Azure servi ces (App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Azure SQL, etc.). Familiarity with enterprise patterns such as MVC, C QRS, Microservi ces, and SO LID principles. Strong SQL skills with 5+ years of database experience. Knowledge of responsive design princip les and mobile/browser compatibility. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability; able to work independently and within a team. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Sk ills Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Developer, .NET Developer). Experience with CI/CD pipel ines and Git-based workf lows. Industry experience in Oil & Gas, Life Sci ence, or Food & Beve rage sectors. The position includes a 3-month probation p eriod. During this time, candidates must demonstrate reliability, performance, and complete any required certifications.
