Grow Your Staff is looking for an Odoo Developer for a leading ERP solutions provider. The position is a full-time remote opportunity.The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in the UK.Experience: 3-5 yearsCTC: INR 10-15 LPALocation: RemoteTime: 1 PM to 10 PM IST (Monday-Friday)Responsibilities:Develop and customize Odoo modules as per business requirements.Integrate third-party tools and APIs with the Odoo framework.Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling and query optimization.Troubleshoot and resolve bugs across Odoo versions (primarily v13+).Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to technical documentation.Support the deployment and maintenance of Odoo instances on cloud servers.Work with functional consultants to align technical solutions with business needs.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in Odoo development.Strong knowledge of Python and Odoo ORM.Experience with PostgreSQL, Linux environments, and Git version control.Ability to work in Agile environments with remote teams.Basic understanding of REST APIs and webhooks.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Experience working with Odoo v13 and above.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
