Wispy is hiring a hands-on Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant with strong functional expertise and working technical knowledge. This is not a pure consulting or advisory role — you'll be directly involved in executing implementations, configuring modules, managing client demos, and driving customizations or integrations end-to-end. Key Responsibilities Conduct hands-on configuration and setup of Odoo modules based on client requirements Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business processes into Odoo flows Deliver functional, workflow-specific Odoo demos Manage and execute full-cycle Odoo implementations — from planning to go-live Coordinate with developers for custom module development and contribute via Odoo Studio if needed Manage third-party integrations via REST/XML-RPC APIs Prepare documentation including BRDs, functional specs, test scenarios, and training manuals Support user testing, training sessions, and post-go-live stabilization Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery Must be willing to overlap in the EST timezone. Requirements 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo implementation across multiple modules Strong functional understanding of core business processes across industries Familiarity with Odoo’s technical architecture and ability to guide developers Experience in integrations and third-party connector management Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in client-facing roles Ability to independently manage projects and multitask across clients Preferred Qualifications Odoo Certification (Functional or Technical – v16 or above preferred) Experience working with multi-company, multi-currency environments Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar for project tracking About Wispy Wispy is an independent ERP Advisory and Implementation firm focused on making ERP adoption practical, affordable, and growth-driven.
