You’ll manage inbound leads, convert them through demo sessions, and also take initiative to find new ways to reach interested parents.Responsibilities- Call and qualify inbound leads - Schedule and ensure attendance at demo classes for kids - Follow up with parents post-demo to understand feedback and close the sale - Take ownership of the sales funnel - from first call to conversion - Brainstorm and experiment with lead generation ideas (e.g., referrals, school outreach, social media leads, partnerships) - Keep CRM updated and identify ways to improve conversion ratesQualifications- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (EdTech experience is a plus!) - Strong spoken and written communication in English (Hindi proficiency is a bonus) - A proactive, self-starter who’s excited to contribute ideas and try new things - Comfortable with remote tools, CRM platforms, and fast-paced work - Strong follow-through and people skills - especially with parentsTo apply, email your resume and cover letter to contact@.
