About the Role We’re looking for a passionate Social Media manager who lives and breathes Instagram, reels, and trends. If you’re someone who enjoys styling posts, writing captions, and keeping up with viral fashion content, this is for you.Key Responsibilities: Create, curate, and schedule daily content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest Plan and execute content calendars in sync with product launches and campaigns Work closely with designers and photographers to generate creative briefs Ideate and execute reels, BTS content, transitions, trend-based videos, etc. Track analytics and performance (reach, saves, engagement, growth) Suggest growth ideas (collabs, contests, trends, hashtags, formats) Respond to comments, engage with users, and build community Monitor fashion/social trends and adapt creatively to suit the brand voiceRequirements: 13 years of experience in social media or content roles (fashion/e-commerce preferred) Strong aesthetic sense for fashion reels and grid curation Comfortable being on camera occasionally (BTS, styling tips, trend talks) Understanding of Instagram algorithms, reel trends, and content types Tools: Canva, CapCut/Reel editing apps, Meta Suite, and analytics platforms Good written communication & storytelling skills
