End-to-end technical recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top tech talent.Own the onboarding process: documentation, background verification, welcome kits, and smooth hand-offs.Manage all HR legal compliance and documentation — contracts, NDAs, payroll info, and regulatory forms.Set up internal HR policies, and continuously improve processes that make work smoother and more transparent.Act as the main point of contact for all employee-related questions and needs.Collaborate directly with founders and stake holders on resource planning and pipeline strategy.What We’re Looking for? 1+ years of experience in a similar HR or talent acquisition role (especially in tech hiring).Ability to independently handle onboarding, compliance, and legal HR operations without handholding.Experience working in remote or distributed teams.Strong communication and people skills.Comfortable using tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.What You’ll Love:100% Remote workSmall, sharp, design-driven teamHow to Apply Send your resume or LinkedIn profile to us with a short note about the most challenging tech role you've filled — and how you did it.
