Job Title: HR Executive Location: On-site – Jaipur, Rajasthan Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (In-hand per month) Experience Required: 6 months to 1 yearAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and hands-on HR Executive to join our growing marketing agency. You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, onboarding, training, intern management, and experimenting with new strategies to improve hiring efficiency and employee experience.Key Responsibilities • Manage and train HR interns to support hiring and documentation processes • Conduct end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interviewing candidates • Oversee the onboarding process for new team members • Maintain and update attendance records and leave tracking sheets • Monitor employee performance and assist in managing team dynamics • Collaborate with team leads to understand hiring needs • Continuously explore and implement new strategies for hiring and improving overall team culture and organization • Support employee engagement and team-building initiativesRequirements • 6 months to 1 year of HR experience in a marketing/digital agency • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with various departments • Basic knowledge of HR tools and documentation (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and improve processesWorking Details • Job Type: Full-Time (On-site) • Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan • Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 in-hand (based on experience and skills)
