What you’ll do:Manage end-to-end hiring for key roles across functions — from sourcing to onboarding. Coordinate with team leads to understand hiring needs and write JD/role briefs. Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Internshala, and job boards. Schedule and manage interviews, and be the friendly face (and follow-up) behind every candidate experience. Help build and improve hiring processes — we're building a hiring machine, not just filling roles. Support day-to-day HR ops as needed. What you’ll need:1–2 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment. Excellent communication and people skills — you're organized, proactive, and know how to follow through. Familiarity with hiring tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). A sharp eye for good talent and an instinct for culture-fit.
