We are on a mission to make personalized, practical, and powerful astrology accessible to the world.About the Role:We’re seeking a highly motivated and charismaticStrategic Partnerships Managerto lead our in-person outreach efforts with top astrologers, influencers, and wellness practitioners. You’ll be the bridge between our brand and the spiritual/astrology community—nurturing relationships, locking in collaborations, and helping us grow our impact and user base through powerful partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Astrologer Outreach:Identify and connect with top astrologers (online and offline) to bring them into partnership programs, content collaborations, or app contributions. Influencer Engagement:Meet and pitch to relevant influencers/micro-influencers in wellness, spirituality, or astrology for shoutouts, collaborations, or affiliate programs. Follow-Up and Management:Consistently follow up with prospects via calls, meetings, and updates—build trust and keep partnerships warm. Lead Generation:Source astrologers and influencers from events, platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Clubhouse, etc., and build a structured contact database. Event Presence:Attend in-person events, workshops, or expos to network and identify partnership opportunities. Growth-Focused:Ensure partnerships result in app downloads, referrals, or revenue opportunities.Requirements:2+ years experience in business development, influencer marketing, PR, or partnership roles (preferably in wellness/spirituality/lifestyle industries) Strong network or ability to build one in the astrology and wellness community Excellent communication and persuasion skills, someone who canvibewith spiritual leaders and modern creators alike Passion or working knowledge of astrology or alternative wellness fields is a big bonus Comfortable traveling locally for meetings and events Self-driven, organized, and results-focused Fluent in English
