The ideal candidate will have experience inleadership hiring , strong stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of theeducation ecosystem .Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the recruitment lifecycle for key school leadership positions including Principals and Vice Principals. Partner with academic and HR leaders to understand role requirements, culture fit, and leadership competencies. Source high-quality candidates through portals, social media, headhunting, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of education leaders for current and future openings. Screen, assess, and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates. Coordinate interviews and feedback sessions between candidates and stakeholders. Support salary negotiations, offer rollout, and onboarding. Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure timely reporting and tracking of hiring progress. Represent the organization at education career fairs, webinars, and recruitment events when necessary
