Job Description: B2B Sales ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Manager to drive business growth and forge corporate partnerships in alignment with our strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and engage corporate clients, develop B2B sales strategies, and generate leads through research and networking. - Corporate Tie-Ups: Establish and maintain partnerships, negotiate agreements, and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs. - Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, track performance, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets. - Market Analysis: Analyze trends, competition, and opportunities to recommend growth strategies to senior management. - Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong client and partner relationships, ensuring satisfaction and collaboration. - Reporting: Prepare reports on sales, market performance, and partnership outcomes, using insights to refine strategies.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, including government tender management. - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. - Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - Willingness to travel as required.Location: Delhi NCR & MumbaiIf you meet the above criteria and are passionate about B2B sales, send your CV to hr@
