What You’ll Be Doing: Client Outreach : Engage with prospective clients in the Indian market, introducing them to Graphy’s SaaS platform and explaining the value it brings to their business. Lead Generation : Use various tools and techniques to identify and target decision-makers, ensuring high-quality leads. Relationship Building : Establish and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to help them succeed. Lead Qualification : Assess and qualify leads to ensure they align with Graphy’s ideal customer profile, leading to smoother handoffs to the sales team. Collaborate with the Sales Team : Work closely with our experienced sales team to refine strategies, improve outreach, and ensure a smooth transition from prospecting to closing. What We’re Looking For: Fluency in English and Hindi : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi are essential as you’ll be engaging with clients. Freshers & 1-2 Years of Sales Experience : Whether you're new to sales or have a bit of experience, we’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and be part of a winning team. Passion for Sales : A natural drive to connect with people, build relationships, and close deals. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are motivated to hit targets, you’re the right fit! Self-Motivated : You should be proactive, goal-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment where independent work and team collaboration are both valued. Tech-Savvy : While familiarity with SaaS products is a bonus, we’re happy to train individuals who are passionate about technology and willing to learn. Shift Timings: This role requires working in the day shift, from11 AM to 8 PM IST .
