Role Description This is a full-time position for a Site Engineer, located on-site in Shevgoan, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities, managing quality control, and collaborating with civil and electrical engineers. Tasks include supervising installation processes, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and communicating effectively with project stakeholders to ensure timely solar ground mount project completion. Qualifications Experience with on-site project management and supervision for solar ground mount projects. Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and stakeholders Expertise in quality control to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Background in Civil Engineering Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Professional degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Knowledge of solar ground mount projects and industry standards is a plus
