We are expanding our client acquisition team to strengthen our B2B partnerships with fast-growing tech firms. We are inviting applications for both full-time roles and internships in business development. This is an opportunity to build a career in B2B sales and client relationship management in the recruitment consulting space. Option 1: Full-Time – Business Development Executive Eligibility: Candidates with 1+ year of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales (preferably in B2B or recruitment/IT services). Responsibilities: Cold calling and cold mailing target clients Researching potential clients, industries, and decision-makers Creating engaging LinkedIn posts and managing outreach Preparing tailored client presentations and proposals Tracking client communication and engagement data Driving new business partnerships in the IT hiring space Compensation: ₹2.5 – ₹4.5 LPA (Based on experience and fit) Option 2: Internship – Business Development Intern Eligibility: Freshers or final-year students looking to start their career in business development and client engagement.
