Position Overview: e are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, driving growth across key accounts, and building strong relationships with clients. This individual will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and align with our strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Sales Strategy: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business leads through networking, outreach, and industry research. Partner with strategy and creative teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients. Manage end-to-end pitch processes, including client meetings, proposal writing, and contract negotiation. 2. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations. Understand client goals and align agency solutions to support their brand and business objectives. Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth. 3. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish KPIs for business development activities and track progress against growth targets. Prepare performance reports and sales forecasts for leadership and stakeholders. Provide regular updates on pipeline status and market trends. 4. Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, digital, media) to ensure seamless execution of client solutions. Support internal capability-building initiatives to strengthen the agency’s BD function. Contribute to developing scalable business strategies for expansion into new markets. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 2+ years of proven experience in business development, preferably in a communication, advertising, or consulting environment. Strong sales acumen with a deep understanding of client servicing and solution selling. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
