Location: Gurgaon Job Type: Full time Hybrid work - 1 day work From home What You’ll Do Own and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.) Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice Engage with our community through comments, DMs, and creative campaigns Monitor social media trends and analytics, using insights to optimize performance Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to support campaigns and launches Identify opportunities for growth, brand partnerships, and influencer outreach What You Bring 4+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related role Looking from Marketing Agency background and have handled client calls and escalations Strong writing skills and a creative eye for design and visual storytelling Proficiency with social media tools (e.G., Later, Hootsuite, Canva, Meta Business Suite) Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices A self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail and time management Bonus: Video editing skills or experience with paid social media campaigns Have a knowledge of Influencer marketing Why Join Us?
