As we scale our presence in the Web3 ecosystem, we are hiring a passionate Community Manager to lead community engagement, run ambassador programs, and organize hackathons that grow and energize our user base. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Community Manager to lead bepay’s user engagement strategy across Telegram, Discord, Twitter (X), and other community channels. The ideal candidate is someone deeply embedded in the Web3 space, with prior experience organizing hackathons , managing ambassador programs , and activating grassroots growth. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape the tone of the community, lead high-energy campaigns, and build a global network of loyal users, developers, and advocates. Key Responsibilities Design and execute community growth strategies across all key platforms (Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X, etc.) Launch and manage Bepay’s Ambassador Program – recruit, onboard, and mentor global brand advocates Organize online and offline hackathons , developer workshops, and bounty programs to drive adoption Foster a vibrant, positive, and educated community that aligns with Bepay’s mission and product roadmap Actively moderate community channels, respond to queries, and escalate feedback to internal teams Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams for product launches, events, and announcements Track community sentiment, engagement metrics, and campaign performance to iterate and improve Partner with influencers, KOLs, and Web3 ecosystem partners for joint campaigns and co-marketing Create and publish engaging content like community updates, AMAs, memes, and tutorials Represent bepay in Twitter Spaces, conferences, and relevant Web3 ecosystem events Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Web3, crypto, or fintech community management Proven experience organizing and executing Web3 hackathons or dev events Demonstrated success in running ambassador or community incentive programs Strong grasp of crypto culture, memes, narratives, Payments, DAOs, NFTs, and DeFi trends Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Self-starter with a creative mindset and a passion for building from scratch Hands-on experience managing large Telegram/Discord/X communities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote startup environment Application Instructions To apply, please submit your resume, any relevant community or hackathon portfolio (e.g., Twitter handle, event pages, or ambassador programs managed), and a short note describing your experience to
