Job Title: o9 Platform Consultantabout the Company: Insight Globals ClientType: Fulltime with IG at ClientCompensation: 18 - 25 lakh depending on experience levelLocation: RemoteWorking Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM IST (may vary; occasional meetings could be as late as 9 PM IST)Interview Process: Immediate Interviews Available! -1 roundPriority scheduling for candidates who:Submit resume promptlyAre available for immediate interviewsConnect via LinkedIn with resume and CTC rateNeed to pass a coding screen with Recruiter over video prior to sending application to the clientRequirements:Ability to work full-time hours on a contract basis - 10 AM – 7 PM IST (may vary; occasional meetings could be as late as 9 PM IST)Strong communication skillsPaid on a weekly basis for 40 hours workedNEEDS TO START ASAP - NO NOTICE PERIOD!!!!!Job Description:Configure the o9 platform to align with specific business requirements, focusing on modules such as Demand Planning and S&OP.Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.Design, configure, and implement solutions within the o9 platform, including workflows, data models, UI/UX components, measures, action buttons, procedures, and reports.Develop and execute test plans; provide support during FUT, UAT, and SIT phases; troubleshoot and resolve issues and bugs.Utilize IBPL scripting for platform customization and logic implementation.Preferred experience with SQL and Python for data handling and automation.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.2+ years of experience working with the o9 platform or similar enterprise planning systems.Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes, especially Demand Planning and S&OP.Hands-on experience with IBPL scripting and configuration of o9 modules.Proficiency in SQL; working knowledge of Python is a plus.Experience in testing methodologies and supporting UAT, SIT, and FUT cycles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
