We specialize in lab testing services, virtual assistance, and end-to-end business process solutions, with a strong focus on innovation, quality, and digital transformation.Job Overview :We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Assistant Marketing Manager to support the marketing initiatives of My Care International and My Care Labs. You will work closely with the VP of Marketing and the internal team to execute and optimize marketing campaigns, manage digital platforms, and contribute to brand building across various verticals.Key Responsibilities :Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platformsSupport in managing paid ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)Coordinate with designers and content creators for marketing collateral (flyers, emails, web banners, etc.)Monitor analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reportsAssist in SEO, blog management, and content updates on WordPress websitesWork on email campaigns, automation tools, and CRM platformsEnsure consistent brand messaging across all platformsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Development, Creative) to align marketing effortsManage daily tasks, deadlines, and priorities effectivelyConduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends✅ Requirements :2–4 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing rolesProven experience with paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag ManagerFamiliarity with WordPress, Canva, basic SEO, and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.)Strong communication and project management skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlinesComfortable working in night shifts (PST timezone)Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldGood to Have :Knowledge of healthcare/lab testing marketing is a plusBasic design/editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, or Figma)Experience working with US-based clients or agenciesWhat We Offer :Competitive salary based on experience and performanceOpportunity to work directly with leadership and grow quicklyFlexible remote work environmentDynamic, startup-like culture focused on innovation and impact
