You’ll be working closely with QA engineers, product managers, and developers to ensure the product meets the highest quality standards in functionality, performance, and user experience.Key Responsibilities:Assist the QA team in writing and executing test cases based on product requirements.Perform functional, UI/UX, and regression testing for mobile and web apps.Report bugs with clarity and assist in root-cause analysis.Work with cross-functional teams to understand end-user workflows.Help in creating and maintaining QA documentation and logs.Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint reviews for product releases.Use tools like Postman, JIRA, TestRail, or similar for testing and bug tracking.Assist in automation testing (if trained in Selenium, Appium, etc.).Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (final-year students or recent graduates).Prior internship in a QA or product development role for a B2C digital product (mobile).Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC).Familiarity with Android/iOS platforms and web applications.Attention to detail and a passion for delivering great user experiences.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Good to Have:Knowledge of SQL, API testing (Postman), or any scripting language.Exposure to Agile methodologies or startup product teams.
