The role also involves P&L ownership , ensuring financial sustainability and strategic growth.Key Responsibilities:Project & Program Management:Oversee end-to-end technical delivery , ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.P&L Management:Own financial performance , including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization.Data Analytics & AI:Drive data-driven insights for underwriting and claims optimization.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with C-Suit business leaders, clients, and technical teams to align technology with strategic goals.Risk & Compliance:Ensure adherence to methodologies, regulations, cybersecurity best practices, and risk mitigation strategies .Process Optimization:Implement automation, DevOps, and API integrations for operational efficiency.Required Skills & Qualifications:18+ years of experience in insurance technology, cloud transformation, and project/program management .Expertise in Microsoft Azure, AI/ML, and analytics platforms .Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance ecosystem .Proven ability to lead technical teams , manage budgets, and drive innovation.B Tech/ BE and MBA, advantage to have relevant insurance certifications preferred.
