We are committed to delivering tailored monitoring and audit solutions that enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and reliability across various industries.   Your Role: What You'll Do    As a Video Analyst Associate on our OMS team, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the health and performance of mission-critical systems. Your responsibilities will include:   • Monitoring: Oversee application, server, and network health using tools.  • Incident Management: Identify, investigate, and escalate incidents based on predefined SOPs and thresholds.   • Troubleshooting: Address basic technical issues related to infrastructure and applications.   • Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure prompt incident resolution.   • Documentation: Maintain logs, reports, and documentation for incidents and activities.   • Shift Work: Participate in shift-based 24x7 monitoring schedules, including night shifts and weekends if applicable.   • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of monitoring strategies and SOPs.    What You Bring    1. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of system administration, networking, or DevOps concepts.   2. Operating Systems: Familiarity with Linux/Windows environments and command-line tools. Proficiency in MS Office and Google tools.   3. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.   4. Communication: Effective communication skills for reporting and coordination.   5. Experience: Exposure to monitoring tools is a plus, but not mandatory.   6. Education: Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.   7.
