The Zoho Developer will be responsible for customizing and implementing Zoho solutions such as Zoho CRM, Books, Analytics, and Creator. The role involves developing custom applications, integrating Zoho products with other systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing ongoing support to clients. The candidate will work closely with the team to ensure client requirements are met effectively and efficiently.QualificationsExperience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Creator and other Zoho productsProficient in custom application development and integration with other systemsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldExperience in the IT outsourcing industry is a plusKnowledge of BI & Data Analytics is an advantageZoho certification is a plusResponsibilitiesCreating Deluge code, functions, and workflowsWriting complex scripts to automate business processes and improve application functionalityManaging the entire development life cycle, from concept to productionMaintaining technical documentationIntegrating Zoho applications with external systems via APIs and webhooksUsing the Deluge scripting language to customize Zoho applications to align with specific business processes and requirementsProviding technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications, resolving issues promptly
