Our patented Digital Twintechnology is rooted in first engineering principles—not AI/ML—but we also leverage advanced machine learning models for failure prediction and energy loss analysis. Serving O&M Engineers, Performance Engineers, and Asset Managers, we are now entering the next phase of product evolution.What You’ll DoAs a Product Manager, you’ll lead a major redefinition of our core product’s value proposition. You will work closely with founders, engineering teams, and end-users to reshape the product roadmap and translate market/user needs into meaningful product features. Based on your strategy, Apollo will invest in brand repositioning, new UX/UI, and GTM initiatives.ResponsibilitiesOwn and redefine the product vision and positioning to better resonate with target personasLead structured product discovery efforts using design thinking and lean experimentationConduct ongoing competitive benchmarking and market research to identify trends, white spaces, and positioning opportunitiesDrive product strategy, feature roadmap, and release planning in line with company goals.Work cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and marketing to deliver product enhancements.Interview current customers (O&M Engineers, Asset Managers, etc.) to map pain points and align solutions.Collaborate with engineering and AI/ML teams to define AI-first featuresDefine success metrics and track usage/adoption/retention KPIs to guide product decisions.Collaborate with the leadership team to align roadmap with business objectives.Contribute to customer-facing messaging, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategies.QualificationsProven experience (3+ years) in product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS or analytics platform.Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, user research, and agile methodologies.Experience working with technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.Excellent communication skills and a knack for simplifying complex concepts.Background in Solar PV, Wind, BESS, or energy technology is a strong plus—but not a must.
