Candidate Profile:A Master's degree in management or a related field is must.5-6 years of experience teaching management-related courses is highly desirable.Proficiency in using online learning platforms, multimedia tools, and other technologies relevant to online education.Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective online interaction with students.Strong organizational and time management skills are needed to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student success are crucial for success in this role.
