We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who combines creativity, strategy, and execution to design best-in-class e-commerce experiences. You’ll be a key player in shaping the user journey across our platforms, owning end-to-end design solutions from discovery to delivery. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a strong sense of visual hierarchy, and a deep understanding of what makes users convert and return—this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute user-centered design initiatives across web and mobile e-commerce platforms.Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma, ensuring consistency and accessibility across all touchpoints.Design delightful and purposeful micro-interactions that enhance the user experience and guide behavior.Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, marketing, and stakeholders to define and deliver high-impact solutions.Conduct and translate user research, data, and business needs into elegant, usable experiences.Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and uncover user pain points and opportunities.Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals with a strong focus on UX principles and visual clarity.Advocate for design best practices and contribute to a growing design culture within the organization.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of hands-on product design experience, preferably in e-commerce or consumer-facing platforms.Expert-level proficiency in Figma, with experience creating and managing complex design systems.Proven ability to design micro-interactions & Prototypes using Figma.Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design, visual polish, and problem-solving.Deep understanding of UX design principles, interaction models, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards.Comfortable with iterative design processes, incorporating feedback from users and stakeholders.Experience working in agile product teams and collaborating closely with engineering.Experience conducting or collaborating on UX Research & Usability TestingNice to HaveFamiliarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) to effectively communicate with developers.Previous experience designing for global markets or multilingual interfaces.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance bonusesFlexible working hours and remote-friendly cultureHealth and wellness benefitsOpportunities for career growth and upskillingA diverse, inclusive, and passionate team
