We serve clients ranging from businesses to governments worldwide.Role OverviewAs the Marketplace Performance Manager, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution for our product listings and paid ads across Amazon, Walmart, and Google Merchant Center (GMC). Our primary markets are US and Canada. You will be responsible for driving visibility, conversions, and revenue growth by ensuring our listings and campaigns are fully optimized and aligned with platform best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Listings & AdvertisingManage and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, A+ content, backend keywords, etc.)Ensure SEO best practices are applied to improve organic visibilityPlan and execute Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display)Analyze ACOS, TACOS, and ROAS to continuously refine ad strategyMonitor Buy Box ownership, suppressions, and policy complianceWalmart Listings & AdvertisingManage and enhance Walmart product catalog (title, description, attributes, images, etc.)Ensure compliance with Walmart’s listing standards and data quality guidelinesPlan and manage Walmart Connect ad campaignsTrack and improve ad performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROASResolve listing errors or suppression issues promptlyGoogle Merchant Center (GMC)Manage product feed submissions via GMC and ensure all items are approved and activeTroubleshoot and resolve feed errors, policy violations, and disapprovalsWork with dev/ops to ensure structured data and schema are properly configuredCollaborate with Google Ads team to ensure feed optimization aligns with campaign goalsRequired Skills & Experience4–6 years of proven experience managing listings and ads of US Brands on Amazon, Walmart, and Google Merchant CenterStrong understanding of marketplace algorithms and SEO best practicesHands-on experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Walmart Seller Center, Google Feed Rules, etc.Deep knowledge of advertising campaign structure, bidding strategies, and performance optimizationAnalytical mindset – proficiency with Excel, Looker Studio, or other reporting toolsAbility to troubleshoot feed or ad issues across platformsExcellent communication and project management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with large product catalogs (500+ SKUs)Familiarity with bulk operations, feed automation, and API integrationsUnderstanding of compliance requirements (e.g., listing policies, product restrictions)Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, dev, content)What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance incentivesFlexible work hours and remote optionOpportunity to lead strategy and scale multiple marketplacesLearning and development opportunities in a fast-growing eCommerce environmentHow to ApplyPlease send your resume along with:A brief cover letter outlining your marketplace experienceCase studies or examples of campaigns/listings you’ve managed (if available)Alternatively, you may email the above on hr@
