Damn Gina is on the hunt for a whip-smart, design-savvy Email Marketer who gets beauty, haircare, and what makes an inbox scroll stop. We're a fast-growing Australian brand rooted in self-care, silk, and sass with major product launches underway in AU + US markets.This is a contract role for someone who knows how to turn emails into revenue and maybe even a cult following.What You'll Be DoingPlan, design, and ship 2 emails per week (product drops, campaigns, content series)Own and optimise Klaviyo flows (welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, reviews, cross-sell, etc.)Create on-brand designs in Figma, Adobe, Canva.Segment and personalise based on customer behaviourAlign comms with Australian and US holidays, sale periods, and seasonal launchesUse analytics to iterate on subject lines, CTAs, and content blocksYou Should Have:2–4+ years of experience in email marketing (DTC, ideally in beauty or haircare)Proficiency in Klaviyo (flows, A/B testing, segmentation, reports)Strong design sense and hands-on skills with Figma or Adobe SuiteCopy instincts that balance sass, storytelling, and conversionUnderstanding of the Australian and US retail calendarA portfolio or samples of emails you've created (both design and strategy)Bonus Points For:Experience with Postscript/SMS flowsKnowledge of clean beauty or Ayurvedic-inspired brandsLove for memes, mood-boards, and a good before/after storyWhy This Role:Work with a fun, growing brand with loyal customers and new launches incomingFreedom to own the channel and pitch ideas100% remote, async-friendly with clear briefs and expectationsTo apply:Send your CV + 2–3 samples of recent email work to maingina@.au or message us here on LinkedIn.Shortlisted folks will be asked to complete a small paid task.
