Job Description

Key Responsibilities: ∙Lead Research: Conduct thorough online research to identify potential leads based on target market criteria using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google, Crunchbase, industry databases, etc. ∙Social Media Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential leads via LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or other relevant platforms to initiate conversations and build rapport. ∙Pre-Screening Calls: Conduct initial calls or messaging to qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making capacity. ∙Database Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead data, activity logs, and progress status. ∙Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with prospects through email, social media, and phone calls to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel. ∙Appointment Setting: Schedule discovery or sales meetings for the Business Development or Sales team. ∙Reporting: Provide weekly reports on outreach metrics, qualified leads generated, and conversion rates.  Qualifications: ∙3+ years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or a related role (B2B preferred). ∙Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ∙Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), and outreach platforms. ∙Strong research skills and attention to detail. ∙Goal-oriented mindset with a self-starter attitude. ∙Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment.SAL-4-4.2 LPAUS Shift
