Job Title: Automation Test Manager – Salesforce & SeleniumExperience 8+ YearsLocation: Bangalore/Hyderabad(Hybrid)Shift: ISTType: Full timeJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Manager with strong expertise inSalesforce testing and Selenium automation frameworks. The ideal candidate willbe responsible for leading the QA strategy, building scalable automation suites, andensuring the quality and reliability of complex Salesforce applications.Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of QA automation engineers focused on Salesforce platformtesting. Define and implement end-to-end test strategies and automation frameworksusing Selenium WebDriver, integrated with Salesforce environments. Build and maintain robust test automation suites for Salesforce features(including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.). Design automation scripts for UI, API, and integration testing using tools likeSelenium, TestNG/JUnit, Postman/RestAssured. Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, product owners, andbusiness analysts to define testing scope and coverage. Establish automation best practices and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline(e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Manage test execution, track defects, and provide quality metrics to projectstakeholders. Ensure regression automation for all major Salesforce releases andcustomizations. Drive test coverage for Lightning Components (LWC), Apex logic, and datavalidations. Conduct code reviews and guide junior automation testers.Required Skills: 8+ years in software testing with 4+ years in test automation. Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java-based testframeworks. Minimum 2–3 years of Salesforce testing experience, including LWC, Apex, andintegration validations. Familiarity with Salesforce-specific tools (e.g., Provar, Salesforce Inspector,Workbench, Data Loader). Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or SOAP UI. Experience with CI/CD and version control tools: Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect managementtools (e.g., Jira, ALM).Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform AppBuilder, etc.). Experience with Provar or TOSCA is a plus. Familiarity with cloud-based test execution platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, SauceLabs). ISTQB/Test Manager Certification preferred.
