Implement employee engagement, welfare activities, timely communication flow. Drive robust communication through various forums i.e. Workers union committee, IR Committee etc. Manage and execute successful HR Initiatives through Change & Cultural Transformation, Admin, Conflict Management etc.INCUMBENT: Multifaceted HR/ER/IR professional, 18 Years’ experience in managing Multiple-location Manufacturing Units thru well qualified in processes, productivity metrics, safety norms.
