Job Role: Online Tutor Science (G8-G12) MathsJob Location : WFHKey Responsibilities (Online Tutor):* Deliver engaging and effective online tutoring sessions that support students' academic progress and enhance their understanding of subject-specific concepts.* Use a variety of digital tools and teaching strategies to create an interactive, student-centered virtual learning environment.* Personalize instruction based on each student's learning style, pace, and academic needs to improve comprehension and retention.* Collaborate with academic teams to align tutoring sessions with curriculum goals and learning outcomes.* Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their development and academic performance.* Track and report student progress, identifying areas of difficulty and adjusting instructional strategies as needed.* Stay current with best practices in online education, digital tools, and subject-area knowledge to ensure high-quality tutoring.* Communicate regularly with students and parents (if applicable) to discuss progress, address concerns, and reinforce learning goals.* Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional online presence to foster student motivation and confidence.* Participate in team meetings, peer learning opportunities, and continuous development initiatives to enhance tutoring effectiveness.Qualifications & SkillsEducational & Professional Requirements:1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related subjects.2. Proven experience in teaching or tutoring, preferably in a hybrid academic-marketing role.3. Strong understanding of the core subject and prepare own teaching materialTechnical Proficiencies : * Familiarity with online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).* Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital collaboration tools.* Familiarity with digital Pentab and other digital toolsSoft Skills: * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.* Creative thinking with a knack for integrating attentive classes and interactive sessions.* Ability to motivate and inspire students.* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
