We're helping them fill this position.If you're always ahead of the internet, love digging through rabbit holes for hidden gems, and know exactly what makes a moment "react-worthy," this is the right role for you.The role TBNR is at the forefront of YouTube entertainment, and they need someone to surface viral, funny, jaw-dropping, and emotion-filled moments for their fast-growing Reax and BriReax channels.Your job? Source engaging, themed video clips that fuel their reaction content and keep audiences hooked, becoming the go-to person for pulling clips that make for incredible reactions. You'll work with tight deadlines to deliver content that aligns with each channel's tone and standards.Here's what you'll be working onSourcing engaging, themed video clips across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, etc.) based on content briefsOrganizing clips into clean, review-ready formats with links, timestamps, and context notesUnderstanding pacing, comedic timing, and narrative value of clips for reaction videosCollaborating with editors and producers to ensure clips align with channel standardsBuilding and maintaining a library of evergreen content and go-to clip sourcesResearching fast and turning around clip packages on tight deadlinesThe ideal candidate will:Have deep familiarity with internet culture, memes, trends, and viral momentsDemonstrate experience sourcing video content from multiple platformsShow an eye for visual storytelling and emotional impactPossess excellent organizational skills and ability to keep assets well-documentedHave strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and time management skillsHave experience in video editing, Monday, Frame.io, or YouTube production environments (bonus)The creator is using Roster to track and manage all applicants.
