Looking for a Freelance Oracle ERP Engineer to join a team of rockstar developers. The candidate should have a minimum of 4+ yrs. of experience.There are multiple openings. You will report into IIT'ans/BITS grads with 10+ years of development experience + work with F500 companies (our customers).Company Background - We are a multinational software company that is growing at a fast pace. We have offices in Florida & New Delhi. Our clientele spreads across the US, Australia & APAC. To give you a sense of our growth rate, we've added 70+ employees in the last 6 weeks itself and expect another 125+ by the end of Q3 2025.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement technical solutions within Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, HCM, Procurement).Customize and extend Oracle ERP applications using Oracle tools such as Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Oracle ADF, and OAF (Oracle Application Framework).Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high system availability and performance.Support Oracle ERP upgrades, patches, and enhancements.Perform data migrations, conversions, and validation activities as part of implementation or upgrade projects.Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist in deploying solutions to production.Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and audit requirements.Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle ERP capabilities, tools, and best practices.Key Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.4–8 years of experience working with Oracle ERP solutions.Strong expertise in Oracle technologies: PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, Oracle Workflow, Oracle ADF, and OAF.Experience with Oracle ERP modules such as Financials (AP, AR, GL), SCM, or HCM.Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and web services (SOAP/REST).Solid understanding of ERP business processes and best practices.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Oracle certifications (preferred).What we need-~35 hours of work per week.-100% remote from our side-You will be paid out every month.-Min 4yrs of experience-Please apply only if you have a 100% remote job currently-If you do well, this will continue for a long time
