The ideal candidate will be responsible for getting new clients from sectors like GCCs, startups, and product-based companies, while also focusing on client retention and increasing Talentiser’s visibility in the market.Key Responsibilities:Acquire new business from GCCs, startups, and software product companies.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.Increase brand presence through networking, outreach, and industry connections.Create and manage a strong sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups.Work closely with internal teams for seamless delivery and client success.Requirements:8+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.Strong background in recruitment, HR consulting, or L&D services.(Eg.
