You’ll manage a team of executives and managers, own client onboarding, build project plans, track budgets & margins, and ensure flawless delivery across content, design, media and beyond.This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll mentor your team, drive client engagement, spot growth opportunities, and help shape our agency’s future.Key Responsibilities A.Team Leadership & People Management a)Lead, coach and inspire a multidisciplinary team (account managers, content writers, designers, media buyers). b)Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and training sessions to develop future leaders. c)Monitor team bandwidth and productivity; ensure adherence to allocated hours per project.B.Client Onboarding & Engagement a)Oversee new-client onboarding: develop and maintain an onboarding dossier (business goals, brand guidelines, approvals, stakeholder map). b)Conduct discovery calls and briefs to crystallise project requirements. c)Maintain daily client engagement SOPs: morning greetings, status updates, challenge alerts, scheduled calls, and timely MoMs with action items.C.Project Planning & Execution a)Prepare comprehensive project execution plans: deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, risk & mitigation matrix. b)Champion the use of Asana (or equivalent PM tool) for task assignment, progress tracking and version control. c)Leverage AI tools and AI Agents to streamline ideation, drafts, creative iterations, QA and approvals.D.Strategic Partnership & Growth a)Collaborate with agency principals on strategic brand positioning and digital roadmaps. b)Guide clients on branding, messaging, positioning and go-to-market tactics across social, search, email, content, and emerging channels. c)Participate in new-business pitches, presentations and RFP responses. d)Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts; prepare proposals and secure approvals.E.Financial Stewardship & Reporting a)Manage billing cycles for assigned clients; perform Billing Cost Margin Analysis (BCMA) and maintain target Gross Margins per account. b)Generate weekly/monthly status reports: budgets vs. spend, performance metrics, risk logs, resource utilisation.F.Miscellaneous & Continuous Improvement a)Coordinate ad hoc deliverables and special requests across internal teams. b)Propose process improvements, tool integrations and service-offering expansions. c)Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates and best practices; share knowledge through internal workshops.4.Qualifications & Experience a)Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field. b)Experience: 5–8 years in a digital agency (account management, project management, or similar leadership role). c)Demonstrated Track Record: a)Managing 3–5 simultaneous client accounts (minimum ₹50L annual spend combined, ). b)Delivering complex, cross-channel campaigns on time and within budget.5.Tools & Technologies a)Project Management: Asana, Trello, or JIRA. b)Collaboration: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace. c)Analytics: Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, basic Excel/Pivot reporting. d)AI Tools: ChatGPT, Midjourney/Firefly, Zapier or equivalent.6.Skills & Competencies Leadership: Empathetic coach, decisive problem-solver, strong communicator.
