We operate at the intersection of innovation, research, and business execution, launching bold, founder-led companies from the ground up. About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Histopathologist to join our team as an AI Medical System Evaluator. In this part-time, remote role, you will play a critical part in enhancing the accuracy and reliability of our AI-powered medical diagnostics platform. Your primary responsibility will be to review histopathology slides and evaluate AI-generated results, providing expert recommendations on their correctness. Who We're Looking For:  A second or third-year pathology resident, a senior resident with 1–2 years of clinical experience in histopathology, or a practising Consultant Histopathologist who is passionate about the intersection of medicine and technology. You should be confident in reviewing digital histopathology slides and committed to improving AI tools for better diagnostic outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate AI-generated histopathology diagnoses and determine their accuracy (true/false classification). Review digital pathology slides and provide feedback on potential discrepancies or errors. Collaborate with the technical and product teams to help refine and improve AI models. Suggest improvements to labeling protocols and diagnostic workflows. Participate in periodic discussions to ensure the AI system aligns with clinical standards. Requirements: MD or equivalent with a specialization in Pathology. Prior experience working with digital pathology systems. Currently in the 2nd or 3rd year of residency, serving as a Senior Resident with 1–2 years of hands-on clinical experience in histopathology or a practising Consultant Histopathologist. Strong understanding of diagnostic criteria and pathology slide interpretation. Comfortable working with digital tools and remote platforms. Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and commitment to accuracy. Interest in medical technology, machine learning, or AI-driven diagnostics.
