We are hiring a Senior Analyst – Claims Adjusting with specialization in Medical Malpractice Insurance . The role involves managing the complete lifecycle of medical malpractice claims—from investigation and policy application to resolution and documentation—while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough investigation and analysis of medical malpractice claims Review medical records, legal documents, and patient history Determine insurance coverage and identify policy exclusions Coordinate with legal counsel, insurers, and internal teams Maintain accurate claim documentation and reports Ensure compliance with medical malpractice laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies Ideal Candidate Profile: Graduate (preferably in insurance, law, or a related field) 2–3 years of experience in medical malpractice litigation or claims Strong understanding of malpractice insurance policies, exclusions, and legal frameworks Certifications such as AIC, AINS, Cert CII (preferred) Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills Comfortable working in hybrid shifts as per business needs
