What You’ll Do Identify, develop, and close new client acquisition opportunities across the enterprise Hi-Tech/Technology vertical. Generate pipeline through inside sales, direct outreach, and marketing coordination . Negotiate contracts, manage sales cycles, and coordinate onboarding with delivery and recruitment teams. Engage frequently with decision-makers, CXOs, and business stakeholders in target accounts. Use market intelligence and personal networks to pre-empt competition and stay ahead. Promote the company brand locally, nationally, and online through strategic outreach and business forums. What We’re Looking For 7+ years of IT Sales or Business Development experience in the IT Services and Outsourcing industry. 3+ years in leadership or client-facing roles , with experience driving deals end-to-end. Proven success in building new logos and hunting for fresh leads . Comfortable working in ambiguous and cross-functional environments . Understanding of Product Engineering, Digital Transformation, and Business Process Services is a strong advantage . Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills. Self-starter , highly accountable, and results-driven mindset. Compensation & Incentives This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential .
