Department / Role Overview: Amherst Residential Shape the Future of Real Estate Investment Through Data-Driven Insights What You'll Do - Exciting Projects & Key Responsibilities: Join Amherst's Investment Strategy team as the analytical engine behind our $18 billion real estate portfolio. You'll directly influence strategic decisions across 40,000+ homes in 30+ markets through: • Analyzing US real estate market dynamics - Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and anticipate shifts before competitors. Support investment decisions that shape portfolio composition and expansion strategies • Building and maintaining sophisticated investment models - Develop and enhance models that guide multi-million-dollar capital allocation decisions. Ensure data accuracy through regular updates and validation from multiple sources • Creating powerful data visualizations - Design compelling dashboards, charts, and presentations that translate complex market data into actionable intelligence for C-suite executives and internal stakeholders AUSTIN | NEW YORK | COSTA RICA | INDIA • Monitoring portfolio performance - Track and analyze key metrics across 20 states against established benchmarks.
