Background and experience: •Minimum 9 years’ experience in internal or corporate communications within a global or multi-site organisation. •Demonstrated experience in employee engagement or HR communication initiatives. •Proven ability to handle sensitive communications and deliver messaging with discretion and clarity. •Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Job Purpose: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Internal Communications Lead to craft and implement internal communication strategies that inform and engage, our employees across geographies. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our internal messaging is consistent and aligned with business objectives, promotes organisational values, fosters a culture of transparency, and facilitates connection among employees. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded communications professional with experience in both start-up and corporate environments. They will possess the ability to oversee internal communications projects with support from design and technology functions. Versatile and collaborative, they will confidently manage internal communication projects, craft compelling narratives, and act as go to person for all internal engagement initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: •Develop and execute internal communication strategies that support business priorities and enhance employee engagement. •Produce clear, consistent, and engaging content for various internal channels including newsletters, intranet, employee emails, leadership announcements, events, and internal campaigns. •Measure the effectiveness of internal communications using qualitative and quantitative metrics, and use insights to refine communication approaches. •Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, leadership, and functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in communication around organisational changes, culture-building initiatives, and strategic updates. •Manage internal communication platforms and tools, ensuring content relevance and accessibility. •Prepare regular reports and insights on campaign performance and employee engagement metrics. •Champion a culture of inclusion, transparency, and open dialogue throughout the organisation. •Collaborate with and support the internal communications design team to ensure visual consistency and quality across all internal assets.
