Job Description

We are looking for a Total Rewards Specialist to join our HR team in Hosur (near Bangalore). This role focuses on compensation and benefits management — ensuring that our pay and benefits programs are competitive, compliant with laws, and well maintained. You will work closely with payroll and HR teams but this role is specifically for someone experienced in Compensation & Benefits , not general HR or payroll operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and analyse compensation and benefits data. Ensure compliance with labour laws related to statutory payouts and contributions (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.). Support the design and implementation of compensation policies. Collaborate with payroll and HR teams on statutory records and reporting. Conduct salary benchmarking and market research. Drive continuous improvements in total rewards programs. Requirements: 2 to 15 years of experience specifically in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards roles. Experience in the Electronics Manufacturing industry is a big plus. Strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to compensation. Analytical skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Ability to work in a 6-day work week environment.
