Role Overview As an Account Manager at Atwias, you will be the bridge between the client and the creative, digital, and media teams. You will lead client communications, ensure smooth campaign execution, manage project timelines, and contribute strategically to brand growth and performance. We're looking for someone who understands both storytelling and sales metrics — a hybrid thinker with heart and hustle. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients based on trust, transparency, and performance. Strategic Thinking & Campaign Management Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable strategies. Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution across branding, social media, performance marketing, and technology teams. Creative Briefing & Quality Control Create clear briefs for design, video, and content teams. Review all deliverables to ensure they meet quality, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives. Reporting & Insights Track campaign KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Present performance reviews and insights to clients regularly. Cross-functional Coordination Work closely with media planners, performance marketers, designers, developers, and content teams to ensure timely delivery. Manage production timelines, client approvals, and escalations effectively. Ideal Candidate Profile Minimum 3+ years of experience in a reputed advertising/digital agency in Chennai . Proven experience in handling end-to-end digital and branding projects . Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & Tamil . Hindi is a bonus. Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM tools , and content platforms. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-client environment . Prior experience in real estate, e-commerce, or lifestyle branding is preferred. Strong attention to detail , documentation, and ownership mindset. Bonus Skills Familiarity with tools like WATI, Zoho, Trello, Slack, and AI chatbots. Experience in managing production shoots and influencer collaborations .
