Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Investor Relations to lead and manage all communication and relationships with current and potential investors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private equity , capital markets , and IPO planning , preferably within the F&B or consumer sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute investor relations strategies aligned with company goals and growth plans. Manage relationships with private equity partners, institutional investors, and prospective stakeholders. Drive the company’s IPO readiness, liaising with legal, finance, and compliance teams. Represent the company to financial analysts, investment banks, and investor communities. Prepare investor presentations, earnings releases, annual reports, and roadshow materials. Provide insights to the leadership team on investor perceptions and market trends. Ensure transparent, timely, and compliant financial communication to all stakeholders. Organize and lead investor meetings, analyst calls, and shareholder events. Candidate Profile: 10–20 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates from the Food & Beverage or consumer sector . Proven experience in private equity management , fundraising , and IPO processes . Strong understanding of capital markets, financial modeling, and investor communication. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working closely with CXOs and board-level executives.
