Fieldwork effectiveness and call averages as per company benchmarks. Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate with 8–10 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics. Proven track record of achieving sales and collection targets. Strong understanding of freight forwarding services, trade lanes, and logistics processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong client relationship management and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
